  • 1 can of chickpeas (also known as garbanzo beans)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin


  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.

  2. Drain and rinse the chickpeas in a colander.

  3. Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel and remove any loose skins.

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin. Mix well until the chickpeas are evenly coated.

  5. Spread the chickpeas out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
