Heading 6
Body Mass Index (BMI)
It's a simple tool used to estimate whether your weight falls within a healthy range based on your height. It gives a general snapshot by placing you into categories like underweight, normal weight, overweight, or obese. While it can be a helpful starting point, BMI doesn’t tell the full story—it doesn’t account for muscle mass, body composition, or hormonal changes, especially for women. That means two people can have the same BMI but very different levels of health. Use BMI as a guide, not a label. What truly matters is how you feel in your body, your strength, your energy, and the habits you build consistently over time.
