When you're working on a goal, it takes numerous times to get that momentum going. It can be daunting and frustrating at times, especially when you can't seem consistent. First thing you should remind yourself when you get into a low momentum: Don't throw away a good thing just because life happens and you're unable to really devote 110% into what you want to achieve. Find a way to pick up where you left off. No need to take a big leap forward. Small efforts are the best. They lead you to better accomplishments and push you to keep working harder. Breath in. Breath out. Make that wish and go after it.
