I'm a wife, mom, sister, daughter and best friend. I use to be your typical hard working executive and a slave to corporate america! I've had a very successful career and I decided to walk away once I had my twins. I wanted to take the time to enjoy motherhood and my children! I have always been a fitness enthusiast and after I had my children, I was on a mission to get back in shape! This prompted my new business venture as a health and fitness coach.
